Transit Times:

Standard shipping (10-19 working days) ~ $9.95 (8-16 Days Transit Time)

Expedited shipping (4-12 working days) ~ $29.95 (2-9 Days Transit Time)

 
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
 
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
 

Prices on our site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are determined by the type of items in your order as well as shipping destination. Orders shipping with these methods ship via Airmail, Seamail, DHL, EMS, FedEx.

Most of our products are shipped from outside the United States, subject to stock availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.

After the order is prepared you will receive a tracking number in your account. This is an international number and may not be displayed on the USPS website, since this site does not have access to all international databases. 
When your package passes customs, it will be assigned an internal tracking number, which will be added to your account on our website and you can track it on the USPS website.

International Standard Shipping: This service may be delivered through a local mail service or commercial carrier and come with a tracking number. If a trackable service is used your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 10-24 working days depending on your location.

International Expedited Shipping: Our express carrier provides a fully trackable delivery service. Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 7-12 working days.

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.

If your order includes a personalised item this may add an additional 3-5 working days to despatch of your order regardless of which delivery service is selected.

If you have not received your order, you must notify us within 50 working days of the shipment date. We cannot guarantee any further assistance with the whereabouts of your order after the 50 working days.
